• Completed a 5-week onboarding process consisting of trainings in how to install MySQL, configure a MySQL instance, and configure a 3-node cluster, Linux, Grafana, Buildmaster, SQL query optimization, access management, group replication, and the software development life cycle• Wrote scripts in Python and PowerShell, using programming features such as API calls, multi-threading, and error-checking• Completed several in-house web-development projects using PHP and JS, including a SQL code editor that connects to a database, runs queries, and returns query results, a calendar page for a script-scheduling tool, and a SQL-statement generator page for an access management tool• Gave numerous presentations to leadership and peers related to the projects and topics I was working on• Participated in team meetings multiple times a week, which included progress and learning updates, as well as team-building exercises• Tracked and updated project progress and completion using Jira IT ticket management systems• Became more familiar and proficient with various tools and technologies, such as APIs, snapshot technology, MySQL workbench, MySQL shell, and command line tools
