The company was acquired by SoftVision in 2017 (and later by Cognizant).During my tenure, I served as both an Engineering Manager and a hands-on engineer. I provided technical strategy and developed innovative solutions for high-profile clients such as Verizon, Lululemon, and startups like Postmates and Tact.ai.I led the iOS engineering team in delivering diverse projects across categories including consumer apps, security, e-commerce, wearables, MFi-certified devices, IoT, and virtual reality. I managed projects from concept to delivery while mentoring engineers and fostering team growth.Additionally, I contributed to company-wide decision-making, including direction-setting, hiring, and process improvements. My role balanced leadership responsibilities with hands-on technical contributions to ensure both team and project success.

I built an online transaction system for Pacific Riding School using MySQL, PHP, and jQuery.I built a windows service in C# to automate database synchronization with a predefined schedule with Mitchell tires.

I worked on world first Location Based (LBS) web application with Silverlight 1 when it was first debut; building a web application with real-time GPS feed built into the video stream in Portland's transist system.I also translated Silverlight 1 code base (WPF) to Silverlight 2 to use C# .NET framework. The end product was featured in Mobile World Congress 2009 in Barcelona, and NTT Docomo carrier launch in Japan.

I worked in ComVu as an intern student during my gap year from UBC. I had to continue expanding the existing consumer portal with new features. It has been a fantastic experience working with bunch of talented experienced people and I am learning a lot of things I can't learn in school !
