Hello, my name is Dillon Bergloff and I am recent graduate of St. Cloud State University, with a Bachelor's degree in Recreation and Sports Management, and am currently working at Prep Network LLC as a Event Operations Specialist. Why Sports?I have always found a great interest in the background and behind the scenes of sports events and I really enjoy learning more and more about what it takes to put things together in a way that sets organizations apart from the rest. My background and involvement in a variety of sports whether as an official, a coach, or a player, has also allowed me to see things from many different angles which has only helped to increase my interest in the variety of fields in sports.ExperienceI have experience in a variety of different areas of sports, due to some of my past experiences. Some of those experiences include, selling tickets for high school athletics, coaching and officiating multiple different youth athletics, and also assisting in set up and take down of AAU Basketball Tournaments and college athletic events. My former role as a GameDay Marketing Employee at St. Cloud State has also allowed me to work in a Division 1 sports environment and help assist in putting on events and promotion at the highest level of college athletics. Along with this, I was also the Concessions Coordinator and a Guest Services Representative at Whitney Recreation Center. This role has me doing financial reports for the City of St. Cloud, along with many forms of hospitality as well. Finally, my current role at Prep Network as an Event Ops Specialist has me taking responsibility for shipping logistics for events across the country, communicating with our event directors about travel/accommodations, hiring athletic trainers/admissions workers for events, and much more.
