Current- Recruited and grew a volunteer base over 300% over a 1 year period.- Developed and invested in leaders in the church for the ongoing discipleship of more than 300 volunteers.- Planned and executed leadership training events, community outreach events, and coordinated all details for major holidays in church that grew from 600 to 2500 in weekly attendance over a 1.5 year period.- Trained a large volunteer base for an excellent weekend Guest Experience in the following areas: Greeters, Parking Host, Lobby Hosts, Auditorium Hosts, Kids Check In Hosts, Cafe, Bookstore, and volunteers who serve other volunteers.- Provided pastoral care for volunteers and responded to care calls for all church attenders.- Led through many organizational changes in a large multicite church with more than 20,000 attenders. - Colaborated with a Pastoral team for events, projects, weekend services, baptisms, new believer follow up etc. - Supervised and developed 2 full-time Retail Services Supervisors and a Guest Experience Associate. - Managed budgeting for a large portion of church operations. - Responsible for officiating weddings and funerals as needed.
