I’m proactive and enjoy the process of learning - dismantling and re-assembling things to figure out how they work, and diversifying my experiences to be more well-rounded.Not afraid to get my hands dirty, I have renovated and installed fixtures in my home, repaired fans, bicycles, built PCs, programmed Arduino boards etc. This love for tinkering has granted me a creative approach to problems that I face - to be resourceful and think out of the box to develop innovative solutions. I don't take things at face value and always question if things can be done differently and/or more efficiently. The school took actionable steps based on my inputs and I was awarded the Catalysts for Transformation SITizen-DNA Award in recognition of my contributions during my tenure as the Year Representative. I have since taken up the role of the Vice President for Academics and successfully initiated course-wide adoption of online discussion groups to enhance students' education.Emerging technologies like EVs, automation, AI, and sustainable/renewable energy are changing the way we live, and working in any of these fields would be an awesome way for me to improve our lives through sustainable innovation. During my free time, I enjoy travelling, cycling, dancing, photography and playing the piano, but I'm also learning Japanese and trying to be a better singer!Read the write-up on me here - https://www.singaporetech.edu.sg/news/being-voice-student-community-0
