Fire Sprinkler Inspector
CurrentSisco Safety was acquired by Eagle Fire in 2022- Performs thorough inspections of fire sprinkler systems to ensure they are installed correctly and in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations such as NFPA 25 and Joint Commission- Conducts various routine tests on water based fire sprinkler systems, such as flow tests, alarm tests, trip tests, fire pump tests, 5 year internal inspections, 5 year FDC hydrostatic tests, and 3 year air leak tests- Identifies any deficiencies or issues during inspections and tests, such as damaged components, leaks, or system malfunctions.- Prepares detailed reports using ProfitZoom and Building Reports to document inspection findings, test results, and any identified deficiencies- Provides recommendations for necessary repairs, replacements, or maintenance actions to address identified deficiencies and ensure the system's effectiveness.- Collaborates and communicates effectively with clients and building owners to address concerns, provide explanations, and answer questions related to fire sprinkler systems.- Conducts service work such as sprinkler head replacement, valve replacement, and replacing other components found to be deficient during inspections.- Inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire, life, and building safety equipment, including extinguishers, dampers, doors, e-lights, and fire alarm systems.- Led annual sprinkler inspections at multiple sites, including Harris Nuclear Plant and Moses Cone Hospital
