Dillon has spent years working in the field creating innovative and award winning campaigns with a proven track record of success.His design skills have been put to use producing fresh content through all forms of digital media and design. Dillon is especially proud of his high win rate and a few special projects he isn’t allowed to talk about (just ask about the dinosaur).As a full-time Junior at the University of Denver he helped manage Senator Michael Bennet’s winning online campaign as Deputy New Media Director. Continuing both his studies and work he also served as the New Media Director for a Denver mayoral campaign.Upon graduation Dillon joined 4degre.es where he’s been given the freedom to create winning campaigns for candidates and campaigns across the nation.Recently, Dillon is having fun playing with neural networks to better model and target advertising and optimize campaigns. He has also spent time building out pooled identity to build his vision for the future of cross-platform digital political communications.His machine learning innovations won 'Most Innovative Product Of The Year' in the special category of the Reed Awards and the team he has helped build at 4degre.es has won more than 20 Reed & Pollie awards over the last couple cycles (and counting)!In 2018, Dillon helped flip five CDs from Red to Blue and smash multiple digital fundraising records across multiple states. 4degre.es' email fundraising program for Mikie Sherrill NJ-11 was awarded with Best Online Fundraising Program (D), Best Use of Email, & Best Use of Data/ML Reed awards.
