My first role in an MSP. Supporting customers in a level 1 / 2 role. Building websites and providing hardware and software support.

In between working for ContainerCo and QCIT I was preforming helpdesk functions for the company in a temp role.

Information and Communication Technology Support- Diagnosing faults- Fixing configuration faults in both hardware and software- Arranging for faulty equipment to be repaired- Assisting users to maximise the benefits of installed software- Developing procedures and macros to assist users- Hardware and software maintenance- Desktop PC/Laptop maintenance- Assist with rostered afterhours support- Prepare and deliver training as appropriate- IT and systems project support, including office relocations and new systems- IT support in relation to mobile devices and tablets.- Truck portal administration- Telephone landline management, including set up and maintenance of desk phones.- Reporting (telephones, data, mobiles)- Mobile phone set up and administration

Had a couple of part time jobs. Did some contract work here and there.
