Graduated with a 2.1 average in both my bachelors and masters degree in marketing where i gained real campaign experience getting to work for a client and pitching to the marketing director. Also I partook in the capstone project where I created a white-label business gaining hands on business and marketing experience.Completed a FETAC level 5 award in Digital marketing where I was the class representative and achieved all distinctions in my modules. Experienced working in a busy environment, worked in Tesco Merrion as a checkout supervisor located opposite to St. Vincents hospital. Working as a supervisor included responsibilities such as managing staff breaks, dealing directly with customer complaints and operating a customer care helpline along with my initial duties. Working in such a busy environment taught me to work efficiently and to make quick and effective decisions even when under pressure.In Tesco Donnybrook I was a team leader and was responsible for overseeing and delegating staff tasks, locking up the store at the end of each night and efficiently managing the store. Responsibilities within the team leader role included retrieving and organising large amounts of cash from the tills, managing any product recalls in line with customer safety, and making sure that my daily tasks were being completed in a efficient and timely manner. Avid learner of Japanese due to my interest in English teaching in Japan. Currently I am conversational in Japanese but I'm constantly working towards my goal of achieving fluency in the language.
