FP Alpha is an AI driven tool that will read, extract, analyze and provide recommendations for advisors by simply uploading documents such as Wills, Trusts, Tax Returns, Insurance Policies and more. With a knowledge base built by 40 different industry SME's, advisors will see a snapshot of their client's current situation as well as impactful planning opportunities.My role is to ensure all firms who use FP Alpha are seeing the true value our tool can provide outside of traditional retirement and investment planning. I work closely with every team internally to improve our processes and provide the best possible customer experience. In addition to working with each firm individually, I also help build and maintain learning materials as well as creating and facilitating training sessions.
