At Native Campervans, I wear multiple hats as a Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer. This journey has been a deeply personal one, born out of our shared passion for campervans and a love for the great outdoors. As an Account Executive with Brooksource I service clients in NW Denver/Colorado. Brooksource specializes in all areas of Information Technology sourcing, with a large portion of our business in Clinical Systems, Application Development, Business Intelligence and Infrastructure support.• B2B sales providing clients across many industries with recruiting services for top IT talent.• Focus on building long-term relationships with clients in order to provide the highest level of service and delivery.• Constantly sharpening and re-inventing sales skills by cold calling, closing, negotiating contracts, prospecting, client management, customer service and delivery. • Strong follow-up skills. Consistently provide ongoing communication and problem resolution to ensure client satisfaction.• Work closely with internal team of recruiters to identify, screen, and place qualified contingent/permanent labor resources for clients. Strong emphasis on matching technical skills to meet specs as well as personality and soft skills to fit company culture.

• Locate and recruit potential IT talent utilizing referrals, job postings, internet searches, careers fairs, networking events, and college resources.• Screen and place candidates according to position requirements utilizing phone and internal interviews, reference / background checks, and technical screens.• Review, critique, revise resumes and coach candidates through the interview process.• Foster and maintain contractor / consultant relationships through weekly correspondence, payroll assistance, monthly lunches, and constant client relations.• Negotiate contract terms including compensation rates, duration, and responsibilities.• Assist in business development by setting meetings, generating leads, networking, and attending client meetings and outings.
