In March of 2011 Talener's San Francisco office broke up into three specialized teams. I was promoted to run our new Open Source/ UI practice out in the Bay Area. My experience working in this same market in New York allowed me to hit the ground running. Over the last 2 years we have been able to develop a strong network of developers and engineers. As a Senior Relationship Manager at Talener I was responsible for working with the manager of our team in setting and achieving our goals. The team's focus was identifying top Open Source talent in the New York Metro area. This includes but is not limited to: PHP/LAMP (Drupal, Wordpress, Joomla, Zend, Cake, Symfony, Kohana), Core Ruby/Ruby on Rails, Linux System Administration and MySQL Administration and Development.
