Among these have been President at Denny's, where I led a dynamic team overseeing operations, marketing, HR, training, finance, and communications for a $2.9B systemwide revenue brand. Overseeing a franchise system of over 40,000 team members across nearly 1,600 restaurants and collaborating with 210 franchise owners to revitalize the brand was an incredible opportunity that yielded demonstrated growth in sales, innovation, operating revenue and EBITDA within my President and other C-suite tenure. I've also achieved decorated success rejuvenating growth with roles as EVP, Chief Brand Officer and EVP, Chief Brand Officer, leveraging my expertise to forge customer-driven differentiation, cross-system collaboration, and drive sustainable P&L performance. Other results include dramatically elevating guest experience metrics, defining and amplifying brand positionings, launching innovative products and partnerships, leading digital transformation, and championing impactful community initiatives. These successes are consistently indicative of my tenure at Denny's and other cross-industry organizations including Ivybrook Academy, the NBA's Houston Rockets, Yum! Brands, Pizza Hut, Omnicom, and Fidelity Investments.
