As the Director of Contracting at LeeSar, Inc./Cooperative Services of Florida, Inc., I oversee all aspects of contracting operations, aligning with strategic goals and compliance standards. Reporting to the Vice President of CSF, I develop and execute contract strategies that impact LeeSar’s supply distribution and facility operations while supporting the CSF portfolio. My responsibilities include leading vendor negotiations, drafting and enforcing contracts, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.I lead a team of Contract Specialists and Analysts, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration. I prioritize professional development, providing mentorship and guidance to elevate team performance and engagement. By developing and refining standardized processes, I drive operational efficiency and consistency. I collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, legal counsel, and vendors to navigate complex negotiations, mitigate risks, and ensure favorable terms.My expertise extends to creating and maintaining policies, monitoring contract renewals, and communicating contract updates to CSF members. I leverage my skills in data analysis and strategic problem-solving to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. Partnering with IS and senior leadership, I contribute to the continuous enhancement of contracting technologies and the establishment of long-term roadmaps.With a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification and a B.S. in Business Management, I bring a results-driven mindset and a deep understanding of contract management principles. My background includes prior leadership roles in contract administration and strategic sourcing, which have honed my ability to lead effectively in high-volume, detail-oriented environments.
