Published Student Project: Izanami's AnguishAs a Technical Game Designer, I translated creative game design ideas into technically viable solutions, collaborating closely with designers, engineers, and art students to ensure seamless implementation of gameplay mechanics, systems, and art assets.I also:• Created/animated main menu widgets and implemented functionality to each interactiable component.• Created/animated player HUD and implemented functionality to reflect the player’s stats in real-time.• Created health and double damage power ups.• Created Time Dilation ability to slow time for all actors except the player.• Created Time Dilation UI element to display when the ability is on/off cooldown.• Created weapon sharpness to modify the player’s damage relative to the amount of total sharpness the weapon has.• Implemented all combat animations for the player and enemies. • Implemented aerial combat.
