My name is Dillon. I live, work and play in Tyler TX. I'm currently the sales manager for my family's Allstate Insurance Agency. I grew up and went to school in Athens TX. After high school, I attended TSTC in Waco TX where I completed my welding certificate (I think its good to have a trade under your belt). After that, I received a minor in speech communication from McClennan CC and then moved on to study marketing at Tarleton State University. Shortly after college, I moved back to East Texas and worked as a welder until I landed my first sales job with Suddenlink selling internet and cable door-to-door. Following my employment there, I joined our family insurance agency in 2015. In Tyler, I am actively involved in The Rotary Club, Chamber of Commerce, Champions for Children of Smith County, and the Tyler Young Professionals Network where I served as Vice President until 2021. My hobbies include traveling, swimming, golfing, going to the park with my family, barbequing, watching movies, hosting gatherings with friends and family and volunteering in the community. I currently am focused on building our business to be stronger and able to meet more customer needs, all while making as many memories with my wife and son as possible in the meantime.
