Chief Sales Officer
Current- Manage and support the sales department and oversee all sales-related activities.
- Work closely with extended sales team and multiple broker networks to present items to targeted retailers and improve distribution/velocity at current retailers through new product offerings and promotional.
- Understand KPI's to measure progress and analyze patterns to make necessary adjustments in our sales process in order to achieve sales goals.
- Assist in meeting financial objectives through forecasting requirements; preparing a budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions for best ROI.
- Assist in overall business development activities to setup for best success, that include but not limited to; branding/marketing initiatives, infrastructure implementation/growth, private label and contract.
- Attend various trade shows to maximize brand presence in the marketplace and create and/or grow relationships with key customers/retailers/brokers/strategic partners/etc.
