I joined the department in 2012 and worked in multiple positions and held multiple portfolios with my all round skills. Brief overview of positions which I held is as follows; System Engineer/Project Manager (2014-2019) Job Description as Project Manager:• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility• Ensure resource availability and allocation • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques• Report and escalate to management as needed• Perform risk management to minimize project risks• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long- term goals• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis• Use and continually develop leadership skills• Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency Assistant Manager Testing Qualification (2012-2015) I was responsible for Testing, Qualification & Analysis of different Sensors & Systems. This involved the automation of different assembly lines, troubleshooting and maintenance of different units and generating the test reports of the sensors and equipment under test which helps the design team for design improvements.

I have been working in Askari Cement since June,2011. I also did both internships in Askari Cement, in its PLC and Instrumentation department. Our duties include the daily maintenance of all the PLCs and keeping backups of all Servers. We are also involved in each bypassing or change in the process for the sake of safety of plant and for the people.Making Modifications in the program keeping the quality and safety prior to us. I am responsible for all the new Projects, New Modifications and Reporting from Automation Department. >>Working on ABB PLC and IIT800XA CONTROL BUILDER M PROFESSIONAL >>Working on Simatic S7-300/ S7-400 and Simatic Step 7 ver.7>>Working on Allen Bradley SLC 500 and on its software RSLogix 500.>>Programming of IDEC IZUMI by its loader.>>Monitoring, calibration , modifications and replacing of all type of instruments including pressure, flow , motion, speed, vibration , level , position , radar based , etc.

Worked in PLC & Instrumentation department in the whole plant, got acquainted with the PLC/DCS. (ABB, Siemens, Idic Azumi, Allen Bradley) and many instruments installed like, Temperature, Pressure, Flow, Level, transmitters and Sensors.

PLC & Instrumentation Department
