CurrentORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP-Lead a dynamic and effective team to advance UAP’s core projects and strategic priorities.-Hold a bold, innovative, and ambitious agenda for UAP and for the advancement of SRHRJ.-Foster a collaborative, transparent and coordinated work environment that supports and guides UAP’s mission, encourages professional development, and champions principles and accountability.-Provide direction setting for the UN Foundation on SRHRJ, including leadership response in key moments and strategic collaboration across the UN Foundation-Envision, build, and facilitate new initiatives and ensure robust implementation of program priorities.-Drive UAP’s policy and advocacy agenda directly with policymakers, decision-makers, and other partners to expand SRHRJ.-Implement budgetary decisions and directions.FIELD ENGAGEMENT AND RELATIONSHIP BUILDING -Establish trusted working relationships and be responsive to UN agencies, civil society, corporations and corporate philanthropy, U.S. Administration and government officials, and private foundation and individual donors and affinity groups.-Serve as UNF’s representative member of the Resilience Fund for Women in Global Value Chains Advisory Board, provide oversight of UAP management of the Fund, support relationship development and fundraising with investors and partners, and liaise with UNF leadership on Fund issues.-Serve as advocate, donor, and partner in advancing U.S. leadership on SRHRJ.-Strengthen UAP’s positioning and reach through engagement on social media and serving as media spokesperson and organizational representative.
