Since 2010 I’ve been working with customer services I have always emphasised customer feedback which enabled me to analyse business risk environments alongside the ability to thrive on problem-solving. I'm currently studying business and law and completing a course in data analysis from IBM. Enthusiastic and ambitious, I became passionate about data analysis to build methods and awareness of environmental issues. I'm engaged in learning and enriching skills in providing excellent leadership and encouraging colleague. Good communication skills in English I'm taken pride in opportunities to change in this prominent field of data analysis and desire to work with data to communicate effectively.
