• Currently responsible for planning and executing various Real Skills Education (RSE) events with the Industry team throughout the year

• Teaching Year 11 and Year 12 students in one-on-one classes, developing strong interpersonal skills by having a keen understanding for what are causing my student’s weaknesses in certain areas, and encouraging exercises and teaching material to improve my student’s confidence in these subjects

• Creating new exam materials for tutoring company by developing new English creative pieces, General Ability puzzles and Maths questions for questions in a Selective format and High School textbooks

• Teaching one-on-one students to regular classes of 30 students. Classes spanned from teaching selective classes, to High School Yr7-10 Maths and English, and HSC Maths Extension 1/2 as well as English Advanced

• A student-led team worked with Transport for NSW (TfNSW) on a 2-week data analytics project to simulate how doubling the speed rate of a trainline from Sydney to Newcastle will influence a change in population distribution from Sydney to Newcastle. The programming language R was used to input a linear regression model with parameters that were weighted differently according to their importance, and the model outputted the approximate new populations in different population zones. The research was developed into a presentation that was later conveyed as a pitch meeting to leading representative at Transport for NSW who were the major stakeholders of this project. This experience demonstrated my technical, critical thinking and research abilities to create a successful simulation, as well as my ability to work as a team with members of different STEM specialty backgrounds. • Also participated and engaged in multiple Bespoke Workshops that targeted improvements in soft skills, such as effective communication and emotional intelligence. • Marketed effectively and consolidated my communication skills when showcasing the TfNSW data analytics project at a designated Expo Night to Industry guests and representatives.
