I have always been passionate about storytelling and illustration, particularly in the realm of children's literature. My role involves illustrating children's books crafted to celebrate themes of diversity and inclusion. Through vibrant and engaging visuals, I aim to reflect a wide range of experiences and backgrounds, fostering a sense of belonging and acceptance among young readers.This role has also allowed me to fulfill a dream of enabling STEM students to express their creativity. With a background in science, I understand the academic pressures faced by STEM students, often at the expense of their creative interests. By blending my scientific insights with artistic talents, I strive to create stories that inspire and empower the next generation, encouraging them to explore and embrace their creative potential.

As the Event Director for PUGS at the University of Western Ontario, I organize and execute a variety of events, showcasing strong project management and logistical skills. I utilize creative problem-solving to enhance event quality and success. I also created 110 stickers for the Valentine's day fundraiser!

As the Owner of DilsLittleShop, an Etsy-based business located in Brampton, ON, I successfully established and managed a thriving e-commerce venture. With a focus on delivering exceptional products and customer experiences, I achieved over 900 sales, showcasing my entrepreneurial skills and passion for e-commerce.I demonstrated proficiency in product sourcing, pricing strategies, and inventory management, optimizing business operations for efficiency and growth. Implementing effective marketing and promotional strategies, I enhanced the visibility and sales performance of DilsLittleShop, ultimately earning a best-selling badge on Etsy.

In my role as the Founder and President of the TFSS Relay for Life at Turner Fenton Secondary School, I led a dedicated team in organizing and executing fundraising events over three years. Through strategic planning and effective project management, we successfully cultivated strong partnerships with stakeholders, resulting in substantial community engagement and over $1,500 in support for cancer research.My leadership was instrumental in managing budgets with financial responsibility and accountability, ensuring the effective allocation of resources. Our efforts led to raising over $15,000 in donations over three years, with the participation of more than 250 individuals. These achievements underscore my commitment to making a positive impact through effective leadership and community engagement.

During my time as a researcher, I conducted extensive research on COVID-19 awareness strategies, showcasing a deep understanding of public health initiatives. I meticulously analyzed and interpreted data, uncovering valuable insights that informed effective communication and education about COVID-19.The impact of our research was profound, with our assessment revealing a significant 70% increase in adherence to infection prevention and control (IPAC) measures across three cities where our initiative was implemented. This outcome underscored the tangible impact of our campaign on bolstering public health awareness and promoting safer practices within the community
