As the Head of Transport at CT Group of Institutions, I oversee the operations and management of a fleet of 70+ vehicles and 100+ personnel, ensuring the safety, efficiency, and quality of the transportation services for the students and staff. With more than 6 years of experience in this role, I have successfully implemented several initiatives to improve the performance, maintenance, and compliance of the transport department, resulting in increased customer satisfaction, reduced costs, and enhanced reputation.My core competencies include HR, marketing, and business development, which I acquired through my MBA degree from Guru Nanak Dev University and my previous roles as E.S. at CT Group and Head of Department of Internal Quality Assurance. I have applied these skills to recruit, train, and motivate the transport staff, develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the transport services, and establish and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders and vendors.
