Managing production related activities like In-Process Quality Checking, Production planning, Material Managing,Control for achieving Periodic schedule, Manpower deployment on Stage.• Proactive activities for line setting, loss reduction losses due to minor stoppages on daily basis.• Monitoring the daily process audit,JH Activities,Updating of JH Check Sheets, and Daily Production Report (DPR),torque audit, PDI audit and, RFT monitoring,QC Tables detect, daily Stage wise Matrix & individual communication on stage.• Proactive activities for Overall Line Efficiency (OLE) OR Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE), Output per man &Output per hour improvement and PQCDSM Improvement in work area.• Investigate & implement idea for quality improvement, increase productivity and cost reduction.• Handle customer complaint & taking corrective action and explain with root cause.• Maintain daily rework data & record damaged and replacement part data.• Prevent engine fault and not pass to customer.• To raise and monitor non-conformance and report to concern person.• Handling engine complaints with quick containment action.• Prepare and review SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).• Analysis on failure engine issues field and in house failures.• Adhering to all safety and performance regulations.• Coordinate with related sections to improve internal quality issues and customer quality issues.• Responsible for self-inspection as per the drawing / Standard requirements.• Ability to learn and work various digital tools.• Required to minimise quality costs and maximise customer satisfaction whilst ensuring that procedures andprocesses are adhered to..• TPM Knowledge – JH, 5S, TPM Pillars, OPL (One Point Lesson), Why- why analysis, Kaizen and Kaizen Implementation,KaraKuri, ,KPI And KRA, vendor Improvement, and TPM Implementation In Shop Floor.
