• Carry out maintenance Check on heating, ventilation, Cleaned Evaporator drain Pans, Coil and Filter lubricate fan & Motor Bearing/ Repair / Change motor/Electrical wiring/ Belts/ Compressor/Thermostat/ fans/ Floating Elements/ defrost Timer.• Place Airflow Controls to Occupants Preference by Adjusting Dampers/Splitters/Diffuser/fans speeds take away Clean & Change Filters and Strainers/Remake Repaired and paint.• Perform inspection Maintenance/Repair and Installation of Air conditioning system/Cooling system/ including DDC Building Control and Pneumatic system/ Cooling system.• Maintain up to date Knowledge on all Assets and Equipment for safe and Efficient performance of all duties.• Conform to all Necessary internal and external Approval before/ during / after maintenance and Repaired work including permit to Work and lockout/ Tag-out Procedures.• Ensure using to Maintain entire Daily activities of all maintenance Work Status of open/Closed/ pending.• Participate In Overtime/ shift work / working as governed by necessity to provide the emergency power service to the client.• Integrate and Communicate Effectively with other HVAC technician staff and other trades staff (electrical, Control, HVAC, Cleaning) as required.• Knowledge of Technical & safety Awareness with Clear Understanding of Electrical safety/ Permit to work/use of Power Tools/ associated with test equipment.
