Current•• Duties and Responsibilities at Dubai Airports ••• Prepare Presentations for day to day work improvement when necessary with suggestions regarding the work optimization and deliver to Terminal Duty Officer under the guidance of Team Manager.• Acts as a Group Leader when necessary. Handles the relevant locations related to passenger issues, technical issues…. etc. and update the management when an emergency arises. • Send emails related to issues occurred in the areas and prepare reports to the Higher Management (Terminal Duty Manager). • Provide information’s regarding connections, flights, gates if their an emergency where they lost something guide them to lost property or police accordingly.• Guide passengers to their relevant directions also guide them when an emergency evacuation happens.• Provide information regarding new services provides by the Dubai International Airport.• Provide help for immigration and police with crowd control.
