• For the very first project I have designed and implemented a storage & feeding silo for coconut fiber in an automated feeding process. This is an innovative design, especially design for coir fiber for a continuous production system in order to have a homogeneous flow of fiber for the twisting machine for the first time.The final design of silo was followed by several prototypes and then pilot stages of trial & error methodologies. This replaces the conventional manual feeding, which caused for several issues in material feeding. This 15 feet high structure consists of sets of rollers, which are governed by VSDs.• Designed a fiber dryer (moisture reducer) to implement in the production line (with an application of refrigerant heat cycle).the final design was achieved through prototype and pilot stages of successive improvements.• Developed a central feeding system for 3-machine set-up from 2-machine system, with an air assisted( pneumatic conveying) transportation for fiber in a duct line through a blower, together with the silo system.( through trial & error process improvement) this is fully automated system that controlled by a PLC system.• Machinery component modification by using FEA with the aid of Pro/E software.3D printed modified component are used whenever possible for testing purpose before fabrication.Eg. 3D printed gear wheels, brackets, pulleys, etc.• Ergonomically improving the manual processes of process machineries to reduce human stresses and increase the efficiency of output.• Later, above mega silo has been redesigned (scaled down) as mini silo to be implemented in each machine’s feed point to increase the production rate of another set of machine system as a fully automated system of fiber processing.

Being an out-sourced electrical & mechanical maintenance company, my duties included;•Maintenanceof all types of electrical machines, control systems, compressors, Production systems, machineries, etc., •Repairing of hydraulic & pneumatic equipments, machineries. •Machinery installations (hoists, wheel alignment m/cs etc.)•Design and modifying pneumatic machines, components, etc.•Modification in process automation & trouble shooting.
