I am currently working as an engineer in Cloud Infrastructure Planning and Operations at Dialog Axiata PLC. I perform planning & development tasks:• Continuously check technical feasibility to introduce new cloud services, automation tools, monitoring tools & customer requests for new services into Dialog Enterprise Cloud.• Develop Proof Of Concept (POC) environments to demonstrate technical feasibility for new services & deploy selected services in Dialog Enterprise Cloud.• Migrate live customer servers into Dialog Enterprise Cloud within given service-level agreement (SLA)• Continuously generate and share reports related to current cloud capacity utilization and future forecast to take future planning decision.• Create technical designs of new cloud environments & networks by considering hardware & software compatibility with capacity requirements.• Redesign existing data center network topologies to increase the security, availability & reliability.• Carried out all the tasks of projects from designing phase to project hand over phase with smooth coordination with all other sections within the section as well as with other sections, vendors, and complete projects within given timeline.

I am worked at Network Operations and Service Assurance section of Dialog Axiata PLC. I performed operations & configuration in the transport layer of broadband base stations (Wireless links of Cambium, Wibas, Wimax, WalkAir) as well as troubleshooting and configuring customer end WiFi devices (Access point, Switch, Huawei & Cisco Routers).

I worked as Intern for six months at different sections at Sri Lanka PLC, OPMC, NTMC, ITMC, PABX, Fixed 4G etc. During that period, I got experience relating to troubleshooting & installation of PSTN, ADSL, FTTH, IPTV & VPN services as well as installation, troubleshooting & development of underground cables, fiber & MSAN.
