I joined as a Trainee Business Development Associate to NDB on contract basis in 2014 March and within a short period time I managed to become a Senior Business Development Associate in May, 2016 as a result of my performance on Sales.As a result of my contribution towards NDB, I was awarded the “Best Sales Person - 2nd Runner Up” award at Retail Banking Awards 2016. Also awarded the “Certification of Appreciation in Recognition of Customer Service” continuously in the years 2015 & 2016.After completing three and half successful years at Sales Department, I moved in to Branch Banking in 2017 July as a Banking Associate and worked closely with the Private Wealth Centre branch team in towards achievement of branch targets as well as individual targets and contributed in cross selling other products. I was appointed as the Product Champion for the Personal Loan at the branch and with the guidance and the leadership of my Branch Manager and the support of my team mates, as a branch we managed to achieve our annual personal loan target of Rs. 65,000,000/- within six months.As a result of my contribution towards the Branch, I was promoted as a Senior Banking Associate in July 2018
