Dilshan Singh is the Founder & CEO of Refined Parking Solutions. Dilshan Singh is responsible for running all facets of the business. Dilshan oversees the strategic direction, vision, growth and performance of Refined Parking Solutions. Being a natural leader, Singh’s ability to create a team of high performers has led to Refined’s exponential growth. Dilshan Singh thrives on building leaders and being able to solve problems quickly and effectively for his clients. At the age of 10 Singh’s family migrated to the U.S. and seeing his family’s struggle; Dilshan created his first business at the age of 12. At the age of 17 Singh had a successful landscaping company servicing over 50 residential properties per month. Making a successful exit from Landscaping, Singh continued his education and joined college. With quickly depleting finances as a student and having a passion for cars Singh started his first job in the parking industry as a valet. Singh quickly moved up the ladder and started managing multiple properties and realized that his clients were not being treated ethically and by the standards he believed in. Shortly after, Dilshan started his own Parking company with a focus on providing property owners exceptional value and integrity. Mr.Singh oversees over 200 employees and clients in multiple territories. His years as a young entrepreneur and as a parking attendant shape his business practices. He cares deeply about his team and truly believes in doing the right thing. He lives by the quote by Jocko Willink “There are no bad teams, only bad leaders.” He instills this into his team by using decentralized command within Refined, Giving his Managers the chance to learn and grow. His years of starting businesses from the ground up and experience with logistics, financial literacy, operations management, and leadership are an asset to Refined and its partners. He currently serves as a leader in his local church, and spends his free time exploring nature or serving his community shelters.
