Million-dollar business transformations or small tweaks to processes create energy and motivate teams to achieve results unimaginable yesterday. My life and career have been full of change. Throughout my career, I've learned a few things about myself as a leader, an employee, and an individual.As an employee When you entrust me with a task, I put my all into it. I am driven by autonomy and trust. I have created brand new business units from scratch. I have taken on roles and responsibilities that do not under my Job description to be a team player and get things done.As a leader I can align, lead and grow teams to reach big or small goals. I have led sales teams to achieve market share ahead of target. I have acquired ‘as is’ teams and turned the bus around to achieve falling KPIs. I have created brand new teams from scratch to enable new operating models.I am a thinker. I see vision, executing strategy to achieve vision is my happy place.As an individual, I am A goal-oriented person who thrives on change. I had a vision of getting an MBA, immigrating, having a few kids and traveling. I got an MBA, came to Canada. I have been blessed with 3 kids. I have been fortunate enough to travel and see the world. It would not have been possible for me to accomplish all of this without my family and friends.
