CurrentEnsures smooth execution of all logistics related processes during an aircraft overhaul event.Generates a continuous optimization of the supply chain. Develops solutions, take decisions within the material supply process, especially for problematic material requests or critical urgent deliveries.Coordinates all materials, logistics and customs documentations, and flow information between customer's logistics department and local teams.Works together with the central material management functions to achieve an on-time redelivery of the aircraft at minimum logistic costs.Responsible to clarify or escalate transport related issues to logistics service provider.Monitor, calculation and report of total material consumption for every aircraft maintenance event as per the customer's contract. Responsible to clarify customer’s claims in regard to the: prices, customs, freight cost and AOG fees for already issued invoices.Sourcing and purchasing of critical consumable materials, repairable components which are hard to be found in the market.Sourcing and organizing of external capable Working parties /Third parties/ and repair shops in order to propose full service related to the customer’s tasks which have to be done.Dealing with approved vendors or raising ticket via Jira in order a vendor to be unblocked or created for future needs. Responsible to provide all vendor’s Airworthiness certificates via Jira’s ticket.Preparation for preloaded materials of upcoming aircraft, planned for repair.Working together with Production, Engineering, Finance and other departments.Indirectly supervise at least 5 persons.
