I have a quick analytical mind and a strong emotional sense of people. In my work I bring heart & mind together. I mix business with psychology. Thanks to that, I have a strong eye for authenticity and insights that can lead to distinctiveness, and I capture that soul in just the right words to craft a promising strategy. To me brands have the power to be real drivers of change - on individual and on community level - today more than ever. When current civil systems are proving ineffective and people are more discouraged and confused than ever, it is brands that can serve as community builders and providers of direction & unity. I work for making that happen in a way that makes sense both for the people and the business. In my role as a psychotherapist, I help people feel more fully connected to their true selves. And that means more connected in mind, soul and body, so that they lead a fulfilling life.In every single day I preach authenticity. I stand for being courageous to live by who you are, even when that means challenging norms and being vulnerable. I believe in constant learning and helping each other and the next generations live and work purposefully with less fear.In addition, I write about the soulful intersection of brands and people, I take long walks, I travel a lot, I love gardening and occasionally run a 10K.
