Alongside a wide portfolio of assessment, intervention, consultation, and training responsibilities, I also coordinate and direct clinical student learning at the agency. I am the Director of Clinical Training for the London Child, Youth, Family, and Forensic Psychology Consortium - a clinical psychology resident training program shared between LFCC and Mary J. Wright Child and Youth Development Centre.

I perform a variety of clinical work including assessments, therapy, psychoeducation, and consulting for four organizations within the city and region of Thunder Bay: Children's Centre Thunder Bay, Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre (bariatrics and cardiac rehab), St. Joseph's Victoriaville, and Lakehead Psychiatric Hospital.All of my duties are performed under the supervision of various registered clinical psychologists trained at the PhD level.

I was responsible for the linking of research and practice across the counselling centres in this national, bilingual, on-demand, and professional counselling service for children and youth. I coordinated, facilitated, and often created new training for counsellors and supervised a small team of Clinical Practice Specialists involved in coaching and training. I also supervised the Research and Evaluation Analyst while retaining responsibility for research oversight including ethics, research design and methodology, as well as validating statistical analyses. I also continued to supervise an academically focused psychology research lab focused on understanding of processes using emerging technologies.

I function as the data analyst for two large qualitative and quantitative projects evaluating the core service media of this national, bilingual, on-demand counselling centre for children and youth. I also manage an academically-focused research lab focused on the understanding of counselling processes using emerging technologies.

As a senior student of the Clinical-Developmental Psychology program, I performed assessments and provided therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. I administered a range of questionnaires, validated assessment measures, and projective tests for psychoeducational testing, neuropsychological testing, and behavioural assessments. I also provided Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, play therapy, and parent support. My duties also included psychological report writing and the supervision of junior students in the clinic.

I offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Behavior Therapy to young children experiencing anxiety. Many of the clients at Blue Balloon have comorbid anxiety and autism-spectrum disorders.

As a working graduate student consultant, I worked closely with a Community of Practice to evaluate and rewrite training materials for three national NGOs. I also functioned as the liaison for training practices with regards to health relationship development, bullying intervention, and duty of care for Scouts Canada.

I worked in the Gender Identity Program of Child, Youth, and Family Services. Here I performed intake interviews with young people experiencing gender identity issues and their families. I also practiced open-ended therapy with these clients under the supervision of Dr. Ken Zucker.

I maintained all aspects of a large research database for this organizations anti-bullying intervention evaluation. I handled all data input and statistical analyses for this large-scale project. I also wrote internal and external facing reports.

I worked at two elementary schools and one high school performing psychological assessments for children. Children were most often referred for suspected giftedness, learning disabilities, and autism-spectrum disorders. Report writing and commucation of assessment results were done under the supervision of Victoria Orekhovsky, Psych Associate, C Psych.

I performed giftedness assessments for children in grades four and five using the WISC-IV.
