Quality Assurance and Quality Control Lyly Food Industry- Hygiene Inspection in processing/Packing area and inspect the rejected foreign matters- Inspect the packaging to ensure it conforms with buyer specification and product safety - Ensure the finished products conformed with standard specification - Verify loading process, container inspection, product confirm the quality and safety of finished product prior to loading - Prepare shipping document for export products (COA) - Control on incoming raw material to ensure it safety and COA keeping - Maintain, check and verify all document relate with PD, QA, QC reports- Document keeping include master list, manual, policy procedure, work instruction or specification and form or record- Check and verify on pest control document and record - Check incoming raw material specification, during process and finished product - Prepare sample requested from export team or buyer- Monitoring and reporting on all activities, processes, and procedures - Follow food safety Policy - Performing regular inspections and reviews to ensure employees adhere to quality and safety policies- Ensure the finished product achieved the requirement quality standard - Shelf inspection - Investigation and Finding root cause for buyer complained - Finding Non-conformity and perform corrective action for improvement - Perform corrective action for NC finding by buyer auditor and during internal audit - Prepare document for audit GHP, HACCP, BRCS, AIB- Training on GHP, 5S, Personal Hygiene and Pest Control - Daily inspection in food handle area based on cleaning program and sanitation - Complete Trend analysis for monthly report and management review - Validation on hygiene program on factory and food handle area (PEM)- Verified ATP, Allergen testing and do document - Other tasks assigned by manager
