• Establishing Design/Repair specifications for Studied projects based on Inspection, Non-Destructive Testing and Evaluation, Structural Analysis (safety), Durability Study in addition to Material Testing.• Technical Support for the existing Facilities or under construction, by replying to different queries, reviewing vendors’ proposals, analysing cases and providing the right solution and assistance (as per local Standards, ACI or/and any other codes).• Integration of new techniques for better efficiencies and concrete conditions, such as petrographic test, Non- Destructive testing and repair technologies.

• Estimating the Quantities and materials needed from the start to the end of the project.• Scheduling and planning using Primavera P6 Software. • Constructed Excel Tracking sheets, categorized all punch list items, after project inspection, and calculated payment progress bills.• Estimating the project budget by utilizing less resources and completing high-quality projects.

• Preparing reports for the existing specifications for Studied projects based on Inspection and design software (robot).• Acquired expertise in the following systems: Inspection, testing, safety and fire safety norms according to the Lebanese public safety law and Fire safety norms.
