A fast learner who is very good at getting things done. I have different interests when it comes to work. "Veel zijdig" as my Dutch colleague calls me. I love to be able to be creative wherever i work. I studied Pharmacy at Damascus university. Afterwards, i worked as a medical representative for a pharmaceutical company in addition to my work as a pharmacist. At the same time i was active working with the Syrian Arab Red Crescent as a psycho-social supporter for local families and families who sought refuge in my home town after the war began in Syria. I was also volunteering there with the medical team. I am a natural communicative person who likes to be in direct contact with people. I am definitely people oriented and i get my work energy from helping people and that is when i can make a little bit of a difference in the course of sombody's day.I came to the Netherlands in 2017, since then I've learned a new language, haven't got the chance to become a pharmacist based on the Dutch education system but at least i became a pharmacist assistent, did a voluntary work with a well known community center in Utrecht "De Voorkamer". Recently i had the honor to be a co-trainer with an organisation that trains refugees to get their first steps in understanding the labor market in the Netherlands. I am officially a key person that brings cultural differences closer together. I have some free time these days so i am trying to learn Spanish and today is my 505th day of my Duolingo's streak. I make colorful friendship bracelets too, just for friends and never for selling. Last but not least, free dancing brings me joy.
