I started an online store dedicated to selling basketball products while still in high school in 2012.Later, from 2013 to 2019, I pursued a legal education and graduated in 2019 with a specialization in law.In 2019, I joined AUTODOC, where I gained a wealth of experience working on multiple projects, including:- Implementation of eLearning initiatives.- Organization of language courses for over 500 employees across five different countries.- Establishment of internal Learning and Development (L&D) processes, covering areas such as external training, analytics, process automation, and budget control.I also possess a strong understanding of Performance Management, with the ability to assess situations from multiple perspectives and think critically and creatively.While working remotely during the Covid-19 pandemic, I further enhanced my self-management skills. My discipline proved to be quite handy for that purpose.In my daily operations, I use various tools such as Jira, Notion, G Suite, Slack, Microsoft Office package, and Workday.Moreover, I have a keen interest in AI tools and their applications.During my free time, I have fun participating in sports activities, both playing and watching. Football (soccer), basketball, gym workouts, and outdoor exercises. Generally, I enjoy being intellectually curious through watching, reading, and listening to new things. It brings me great pleasure :)
