I am thrilled to announce an exciting career shift as I join the Mr. Kind Group as Chief Strategy and Finance Officer. In this role, I will assist in the digital transformation of the beloved Mascot, evolving from a local homegrown celebrity with 80 live shows annually and sold-out theatres to a global online sensation, blending healthy children's entertainment with the power of original songs.After completing my Chemical Engineering Masters at Columbia University in New York, I joined The Dow Chemical Company. Then, at 25 years old, with 4 years of corporate experience under my belt, I ventured down the entrepreneurial path and established a B2B Start-Up, Switch Group, specialized in Facility Management (‘FM’). After a combination of right and wrong turns, Switch Group became a leader in Technical Maintenance, boasting an enviable portfolio of loyal retail and commercial clients. Seven years later, we were acquired by the French giant, Atalian, a multibillion-dollar FM international enterprise. This startup, now with a multimillion-dollar turnover, expanded to include 4 verticals: Maintenance, Cleaning, Construction and Landscaping. Through this experience and my roles as CEO and COO, I acquired management expertise in M&A Integration, leadership, operations, business development & strategy, as well as financial reporting. With all of that in mind, it remains that my greatest source of pride and achievement was our 98% employee retention rate.
