Here, I orchestrate our global commercial and sales operation, which I established from scratch - from strategic planning and effective implementation of business development for our local partners and distributors, to successfully executing market share and sales growth - achieving consistent double digit YoY growth (>20%). I recruit, lead, and support a high-performing international team of regional managers, building and executing dedicated marketing plans for specific territories - ranging from Europe and Americas to Middle East, Japan and other APAC countries.

Enhanced internal processes; successfully passed several internal and external audits. Successfully managed periodical planning processes – such as AOP (Annual Operational Plan), LRP (Long Range Planning), quarterly and add-hock LBEs.
