My focus was laser-sharp on understanding the unique cultural and linguistic subtleties of Turkey—down to the semantics.- On the growth team, we had one mission: pry users away from Google and bring them into the Yandex fold in Turkey. I spearheaded design and content creation to supercharge our advertising performance. The result? A market share bump of 3%. By fall 2015, we saw Yandex's footprint in Turkey swell to 8.46%, a meteoric rise from the 2.91% at the year's outset.
