In a short time we have developed and implemented websites for VEON in countries Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.The first project is Marketplace. It's complicated shops aggregator with credits functions and order management system.The second is the official website for Beeline for several countries. Each fork have a unique features. The analytics data on the project start was significantly exceeded the previous results. I lead in development of unified design system which was simplified our design dev processes.I won with my team a company Hackathon. That project about a target surveys for telco companies.

Customer experience research; Prototypes; Designs; Usability researches; UX team lead.--I developed a digital projects in Kazakhstan. Several of them: Mobile Financial Services, Fixed Mobile Convergence, Freevolution — a new concept of tariffs plans in Georgia.A Hackathon project was developed with my design concept. That can help to find an experts and skills in the company and get an answers on questions.I developed an editorial rules for texts making in the company for different touch-points.

UI/UX designing; UX analyst; UX leader.--I was research and develop a new concept for our mobile app. As results the app took many awards and now ('18) still on the second place in Kazakhstan according to Forbes.kz magazine.I was awarded a certificate of recognition.

Usability researches; Design; Design Specifications.--I made a different design project with our partners. My responsibilities were to forming hypotheses, to make a usability researches, to analyse a data and to implement of results.With that processes our official site won in the republic award competition.
