 Contribute to the development and refinement of Company’s vision and strategy Support the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium and long-term profitability and shareholder returns Liaise with other executive heads on the implementation of the company’s strategic and operational plans Meet quarterly and yearly sales targets Run feasibility checks, liaise with the team in Romania, prepare client proposals Develop, review, and report on the business development division’s strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed Impact the profitability of the company through ensuring strategic and tactical management decisions and new business development results Competitor and market analysis Develop and lead the Business Development team in sourcing, managing and implementing new business opportunities Ensure efficient and effective marketing, advertising and promotional planning through the Marketing department Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/official bodies

* Meeting quarterly team revenue targets;* Responsible for evaluating requests for quotation, assessing feasibility of requests, sending quotations, communicating and following up with all regional and international sampling clients;* Setting up commissioned sampling projects* Sharing information about our panels and best practices with all regional and international sampling clients;* Growing business with all existing sampling accounts by developing productive business and personal relationships; * Maintaining long-term business and personal relationships with new and existing clients;* Travel abroad when required for training and business needs;* Managing the sampling division and directing it's efforts to achieve set targets.
