Established an Enterprise Change Management Office (CMO) to oversee all change initiatives and projects while leading a team on internal change consultants. Coached Executive Directors on dealing with change resistance. Also, acted as Advisor to HR Executive Director in HR strategic planning and quality delivery of HR services.
