• Dealing with different types of Exterior & Interior design in Residential, Hospitality & Commercial Projects• Developing and issuing full design packages from clear conceptual development to “Issued for Construction” drawings including conceptual proposals, moodboards, material boards, schematic drawings, conceptual visuals, technical drawings, Bill of Quantities, FF&E Specifications.• Caring the fine details achieving project’s goals & customer satisfaction.• Adopting creative and innovative solutions to assigned tasks and developing appropriate research to support these solutions.• Planning and managing design work ensuring project objectives are met, design instructions are implemented, and delivery is achieved within the set time and budget.• Participating in selection of FF&E color palettes & material presentations• Support project sustainability targets throughout project phases and actively engage in delivering them. Coordinate sustainability targets with project consultants and engineers.• Presenting Designs outcome to clients to align customer expectation with project objectives.• Collaborates/communicates with other departments regarding co-ordination issues and common design tasks.• Prepares designs, sketches, diagrams, reviews, and edits specifications.

Sustainability & Space planing handling Hospitality, Commercial , Landscape & Interior architechture • Select interior details, materials, color selections, furniture, and furnishings lighting design, space planning, and detailing• Consulting with clients, running intensive design workshops and applying analysis to the final design proposal.• Organizing own work to meet deadlines and adapting timetable to primary concerns• Attending & Leading procurements and subcontracting meetings to ensure the quality of the final delivery.• Adapt schedule to main priorities & organizes own work to achieve set deadlines• Able to produce and present strong design proposals in PowerPoint.
