Taking an already high-performing distributed application and making it do even more in well set up cloud mode is my sweet spot. For many years I am an advocate for Event Sourcing and CQRS as the building blocks for scalability.The Total Order Broadcast of business events is the future, and it is a better distributed synchronization primitive than explicit leader elections or RDBMS transactions.
