• Placing the right person in right position• Administer End to IT-recruitment process• Source, Interview, and select applicants for technical positions (for information technology Domain)• Coordinate with differnt team & manager for day to day recruitment activities & close the requirements within time frame• Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc)• Meet with hiring managers to determined job duties/write job descriptions• Match application to job opening based on clients requirements• Source for future job openings• List job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career websites, and other possible channels• Negotiation with candidates about the salary and Date of Join• Handle contract signed for several positions
