Designed and Researched several initiatives on Pintu's Web3 Wallet

As a senior UI UX Designer I own several touch-points within Pintu App and WebsitesSome of my scopes includes, but not limited to:- Create and execute research plan to validate hypotheses- Create, test, and reiterate prototype to eliminate usability issues to make Pintu the easiest and most loved crypto investing app- Manage and maintain the design system based on design needs and branding- Prepare design specifications and documentations to handover to engineer- Monitor feature performances and talk to user to find improvement opportunities- Lead several workshops to allow teams of different functions to be involved on a project- Collaborate with the Product Managers to help them validate their hypotheses and prioritizes developmentKey Achievement (to April 2022):- Redesigned app onboarding process which skyrocketed passed KYC by >30%- Improved Pintu Academy and give recommendations to the content team based on the user needs which drives Pintu Academy to be one of the most relevant crypto content searches in Indonesia- Increased Pintu user retention by allowing them hold their crypto while gaining interest on their crypto holdings.

I designed platforms to onboard the next 50 million Indonesian crypto investors at Pintu. I crafted the mobile app, website, and several tools for internal use.
