• 1 of 75 UINSA students who received a Bank Indonesia scholarship and joined Generasi Baru Indonesia (GenBI) community under the auspices of BI East Java for 1 year;• The GenBI Menulis Event Committee acts as an intermediary between internal divisions with total 75 members in conveying accurate information which also contributes to the compilation, review process, editing process, printing the books, submission to Bank Indonesia Library and UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya Library;• The GenBI Mengajar Event Committee, which is attended by 30+ participants and responsible for finding collaborating institutions, as well as coordinating with internal or external parties to ensure the event runs efficiently;• The GenBI Membaca dan Ulasan Buku Event Committee, which is contributed to conveying the book theme and compiling the activity structure in detail, while also acting as a disseminator of information to 75 participants;• Invited to the 2023 Javanese Sharia Economic Festival by Bank Indonesia for 3 days which was attended by 300+ participants.

• Updated and redesigned 10+ specific regulations in detail to standardize rule compliance to increase trust among members (e.g. personnel regulations, savings and loan regulations, member meeting regulations, general or shariah financing regulations, and others);• Provide administrative support in process of compiling 10+ official letters along with other important attachments in structured using Microsoft Word tools;• Evaluate the cooperative institution's cost and asset reports, also archive transaction evidence in the form of 15+ receipts carefully and accurately;• Conduct teamwork to manage 20+ data of micro, small and medium enterprise in Malang Regency for regular updates and ensure the accuracy of information as reports;• Collecting and updating 30+ data on ownership of Business Identification Numbers (NIB) in Sidoarjo Regency, which are grouped based on business type classifications according to certain provisions in order to provide efficiency in carrying out verification.

• Head of Public Relations Division for the Comparative Study Event of HIMA-IE UINSA and HIMA-SEPA UPNV Yogyakarta, which is attended by 60+ participants and responsible with finding collaborating institutions, as well as acting as a communication facilitator and mediator between the two parties; • Head of the Event Division Committee in the Self Improvement webinar which successfully reached 200+ participants and was responsible for designing the event concept in detail and structured as well as arranging technical matters in the field during the event;• The Secretariat Division Committee in the Bincang Santai webinar event that successful contributed to organizing and distributing E-Certificates to 80+ participants in one day;• The Event Division Committee in the 8th Diesnatalis activity of the Economics Study Program which also contributed to compiling the event concept in detail and structured, as well as acts as a time keeper so that the event could run according to the rundown.

• Provide maximum service support to 200+ library visitors per day, including circulation services, special reference to general references services, and other related matters;• Provide instructions to visitors, how to use online or offline book lending system and entry 30+ circulation data of borrow and return books per day carefully and accurately;• Manage 50+ data of student thesis and review the completeness of chapters with other supporting documents in the campus repository to fulfill annual digital archiving;• Evaluating the eligibility, archiving, and shelving of 100+ library materials per day based on the DDC2 classification system and special Islamic classification, as well as AACR2 cataloging to ensure the availability and regularity of the collection;• Perform document management and archiving of 100+ books to maintain a balance between the number of new and old book references.
