During the 6 months of training phase as a Management Trainee, I and other participants are required to learn and implement the "On the Job Training" regarding all matters related to insurance and risk management, finance, and marketing & communication. This training period ended with a final project that is presented to the company's top management levels including the Board of Directors and Commissioners. After completion of the training period, I and other members appointed as permanent employees with positions and responsibilities that have been determined based on our interests and the Board's decision.
